      I have gotten blamed for their screw ups more then once and I HAVE HAD IT!!! They are snotty, defensive and always ready for a confrontation!! didn't want to bash BUT it has gotten so out of hand I am so stressed, feel like I am losing my mind with all their cover-ups!!!

      I am MOVING ON>>>>>>>>>>>>>

      Cooper needs to GET IT TOGETHER and put their patients ahead of their hectic, unorganized overworked staff...if they can't take the pressure hire more staff and take the stress off of up patients who are struggling going through the heartbreak of infertility!!!!!!!!!
