  • Avioding Lupron on DE Cycle?

      Hi all, I am new to this forum but followed it from time to time during my last 3 DE cycles. I am just starting a new cycle and expect to transfer in early May - I just started bcp's today. Question for you all, have any of you been able to avoid taking lupron, or seriously minimizing the amount of time needed to be on lupron for a cycle? Are bcp's a real option for suppressing ovulation?
      I had some very negative reactions to lupron during my last cycle, which included muscle tremors, dizziness, migraines, numbness and weak limbs... the list goes on. Google searching scared the heck out of me, and I have asked my clinic to do everything they can to limit the amount of time I need to be on this drug. I am just wondering if asking for is potentially jeopardizing my cycle?
