to either be tested for, or just treated for ureaplasma/microplasma - both infections that often have no symptoms but can screw up implantation - easily treated by you and your husband taking 3wk courses of antibiotics. Chlamydia is something else that you may test negative for, yet still carry the disease, have them check for the antibodies rather than doing the smear - it too is easily treated with antibiotics.
The DNA frag test doesnt need to be ordered by the doc, you can get the form from the labs website and just have the doc sign it. You can have copies of the results sent to both you and the doc.
For us, after three fresh donor cycles failed, all with proven donors. We pulled out all stops - went with courses of antibiotics for both DH and I, tripled the steroids I was taking, and started them with estrogen instead of with the progesterone. We also went with DS, even though DH's always looked great in SA, and his DNA frag test came back fine - there was SOME REASON that the cycles werent working beyond "bad luck".
