      Like Kay said, if they are opening you up anyway like for a c-section, they could go in and clean it up if they see it during surgery. In fact, I may ask my OB about this if I end up having a c-section. But adhesions are just scar tissue, so by cutting it you will likely form new adhesions over time anyway. If you have some other pelvic surgery planned, I'd mention it to the surgeon; otherwise I'd leave it alone for now.
