      I cycled overseas and never did PIO. And someone on a support board for the Czech clinic I used said that the clinic only prescribes the Crinone to U.S. ladies to give them a reassuring PIO alternative; all the other ladies just use vaginal Prometrium. Take care, Maggie (in VA)
