My final cycle, even though I did almost all my shots in the more accessible cheek, I had essentially no lumps, itching or bruising. I think using sesame oil instead of ethyl oleate this time was key but also I rubbed the spot I had injected pretty hard to distribute the oil. Worked well! No icing before though I would heat the oil in my bra to body temperature. It really was easy - luckily for me, I used to do IM hcg and generic repronex shots so it was just psyching myself up for the oil aspect that had been hard. But in the end, it was easy as can be. You can do this.
