      Hi ya,
      I had the same. I was advised complete bedrest and I mean complete. Wear a path from the toilet to the bed and no where else.
      I was told that bedrest is very good for early bleeding.
      I had two eps of bleeding - at 5 and 7 weeks was advised bedrest for both. I upped the progesterone on advice from my clinic as well.
      Go to bed and don't get up for anyone or anything.
