      Progynova is Estrace 2 mg
      Prometrium is progesterone suppository normally 400 mg for DE IVF Cycle (we use cyclogest here, promentrium is in Australia, Crinine Gel 8% can be used in USA)
      Clexane is Lovenox or Heparin
      The depot is Lupron depot or Depot Lucrin 3.75 mg

      Medrol - not sure - don't use that.
