      You said you drink "tons" of water. I would not drink this much, it can give you an electrolyte imbalance.

      When I was going to Weight Watchers, there were a few people in the group who had gotten electrolyte imbalance from drinking too much water. They had muscle spasms and twitching in their legs. We were cautioned about over-doing it with water.
