When I first started ttc, I desperately tried to eliminate all the bad stuff -- endocrine disruptors, etc. It was nearly impossible. Today, it's not so hard, except in the hair care area. Even there, it is improved.
I avoid parabens, triclosan (antibacterial) and all unnatural fragrances (particularly things like commercial fabric softener, any sort of "air freshener" other than a natural oil based product), lavender scents (estrogenic). A few months before transfer is probably time to cut out the antiaging stuff (I love peptides).
You can check out Nubunao or even Ulta -- you can ask about product lines with no parabens (I use Cargo, for instance).
For hair, I have been trying, but it is not easy. I just started using a product line which is expensive, and there are a lot if you ask at a salon or supply place, the best brand depends on your hair type.
Finally, no canned or microwaved plastic goods! The BPAs leach right into the bloodstream.
