On my first DE cycle, I cut out lots of things...including caff. It was a bit tough for me even though I had cut back to one cup per day prior to cycling. That cycle resulted in BFN.
On the second cycle, I was more lenient. I allowed myself one shot of espresso in a latte per day. I started before cycling and have had one every day of my pg, I am now 31.5 wks along.
I know we all want to be as cautious as possible. But I think when I allowed myself somethings (caff), things worked better for me.
