  • E2 levels too high on transfer day?

      Hi Ladies - I'm in the midst of preparing for my donor egg cycle and needed to use Delestrogen to get my lining up as I've had issues in the past. My E2 is getting pretty high. Does anyone know how high is TOO of an E2 level on transfer day? I thought I read somewhere that the E2 level should below a certain number or your chances go way down due to all that estrogen creating a "hostile environment" for the embryos? Anyone heard of this? (As if we don't have enough to worry about in this process:-)
