When my Czech clinic's fert report said that they'd used ICSI -- I used DS and my donor was, what?, 28. Are you doing a split cycle at SG? What Czech clinics and SG split cycles have in common is they're dealing with a lower number of retrieved oocytes per recipient, so fertilization is at a premium. Now, my twins seem to be fine (at least that's what three county child development people just told me, except for a slight speech delay with one), but when I realized the implications of using ICSI, I was a bit worried.

Is PICSI an option? While I won't be having any more cycles, I developed the conviction that if we had used DH's sperm, I would have definitely wanted to use PICSI, but I don't know what clinics offer it.
