I bet you feel so much better by dropping 1/2 your extra wt. What a great accomplishment. It is truly a mindset, when you are really ready to change then you will.
I can not wait to see myself in May. I have looked so horrible lately in picture and I look forward to changing this about me.
Yes, I am hoping to lose 2# per wk by cutting out calories and late night eating. I have been drinking more water at night to trick myself into feeling fuller.
I hope your heart continues to heal from all your losses and that success for you is near.
