My experience after many tries (9 total OE & DE) - increased folic acid (check homocysteine levels by simple blood test) and went on thyroid medication. I actually had a nurse say to me "oh this might be why you aren't getting pregnant" referring to the homocysteine levels or low folic acid metabolism.

We are now pregnant with twins and I believe that addressing the above truly helped us get where we are today.

I take extra (not just from prenatal) folic acid and synthroid medication.

      good luck.
