...so I didn't feel it going in and heat right after to try to avoid swelling. Rubbing the spot after seemed to help too. A number of ladies here don't like using ice but I swear by it.
DH always administered my shots but I went on a business trip during one cycle and had to give myself 2 shots. It took me 20 minutes to get up the courage to do it, and it was awkward to say the least, but I actually managed to slide the needle in without feeling it at all, once at least. lol
