They did for me after numerous failures.
I am so very sorry for your earlier losses and I kow how worrisome it is.
A crampy feeling is perfectly normal. You have a lot going on down there, changes being made, blood flowing. If it feels like you're just about to start your period every minute, that's the way it was for me. I spent a lot of time running to the bathroonm to check, even after I went off the Crinone and PIO (I always have very low progesterone).
The progesterone would hold your period off, though.
Really, there's no way to tell for sure without blood work and ultrasounds. How far along are you? When can you go in next?
