Stop thinking you are stupid or made a bad decision! You didn't! I'm one of those who does not think you need a proven donor. If she was approved by the clinic then she is considered a good candidate for donation. My own donor did not result in a pregnancy with the previous couple in either the fresh or frozen follow up cycle nor did she produce many eggs. Maybe that is why she was the only choice available for me at the clinic. But I picked her anyways because I really wanted her as my donor. I got lucky and it worked. I figured how is it possible a 25 year old could have "bad" eggs. And if she made it into the clinic pool then she must be just fine.
So, do not feel bad about picking your donor. She is the one you wanted. I'm not sure what you should do with moving forward. I know you have suffered many losses. I hope your clinic will give you some very wise advise. I don't know the details of using a surrogate and how the costs work. And I don't know if you should transfer the frosties to you or just maybe find a new donor. But do not beat yourself up. Every donor does not have success every time. There are no guarantees with any of this. But my gosh, you are determined and if you keep trying you will eventually get a baby somehow. Please be kind to yourself I'm thinking about you and sending you ((hugs)).
