I have a subchorionic bleed too - seen today on ultrasound. I am 7w6d along and yesterday I had significant bleeding for about 2 hours - just like my period and I thought it was all over. Bleeding tapered off, so I felt a bit better but was still very nervous for my US this morning - my SCH is small and not near the placenta, so that's great. I read stuff online and most of the time these things turn out just fine with some rest. I'm on a week of bed rest too - but I can go to work a couple afternoons if I want too - we'll see how I feel tomorrow. I'm just trying to relax and drink a lot of water. Most of the time these really do turn out to be just fine - and you haven't had any bleeding, which is great. My husband likened it to having a scrape on your arm - you want to leave it alone and heal - don't pick at the scab (which would be exercising, etc.). I read to drink lots of water - avoid dehydration which can cause uterine contractions. Of course that means many potty trips, but I guess it's worth it. Anyway, we should be fine - fingers crossed.
