I read this book to help calm me down when I had extreme anxiety. It's a great book for anyone struggling. It is a book written from interviews with the Dalai Lama so it is from a Buddhist perspective. I'm not Buddhist but I really enjoyed the book.
I hope your pain and anger goes away soon.
