My clinic started me on 2mg 3x a day a 2mg 1x vaginally at night.

I think - but dont remember that Cooper started out with less and slowly added more estrace per day. I am just afraid my lining will be too thick if there is such a thing.

If any one has info on this please help!

I started on one estrace a day for 4 days, 2 for for days, 3 for 3 days then 4 but before I got to more than 2 a day my lining was already 18mm. I suppose it depends how long you are on it.

I guess it really just depends on how you respond. I think I was on the same amount as you on day one, and escalated to 2 vaginally/day and added a fourth/day.

Some protocols call for the estrogen shots.

I haven't had any real bad symptoms with all of these meds, except slight hair thinning???

I think they start you out with less on the first days and gradually add more. I am now in a different clinic and I am just worried I am taking to much estrace to begin with.

Ugh.. I guess I will have to wait for my U/S on the 31st..

If any one without lining problems can tell me their protocol I would appreciate it.
