You want to stock up on fresh whole pineapple. It is believed by Traditional chinese medicine, that by consuming the pineapple core it will help with implantation b/c the core contains an enzyme called bromelain (sp). The pineapple core is not very tasty, but it is tolerable.

that has most of the bromelain so your best bet is to get a whole pineapple and cut it up. I love fresh pineapple anyway so DH bought me a whole one for the 2ww, yum! The core can be quite woody so I just gnawed on it for a while and discarded what couldn't be chewed/eaten. Not sure if the rest of the pineapple has much bromelain, but it sure was delicious!
I drank pineapple juice also as a juice of choice, since I am sure some of the enzyme was in the juice. So I ate pineapple and drank pineapple juice after transfer. Not sure it helped, but it gave me peace of mind to know I was trying to help the process the best I could.
