Bed rest stinks! My back hurts from laying around since yesterday morning.

My RE says bed rest must be day of transfer and day after.

What do others say? Just curious. My BFF who is now pregnant with OE twins from an FET was told no bed rest. Bascially, just take it easy and stay hydrated and don't over heat.

Mine didn't say bed rest but just to take it easy. It's tough b/c you want to do everything you can to make sure it works.

I did not rest at all before or after transfer. I got a BFP. I wanted to keep my circulation going. Also, since we traveled overseas for the cycle, I wanted to get out and see the sights. I spent most of the day after the transfer, walking around. We didn't have a rental car, and were on foot the whole time.

Enjoy it! For me, This is my only opportunity to relax under doctors orders, I love the bed rest, esp when DH gets to take care of things !! me included! And I totally agree about getting the good chocolate, movies etc...it will make it more enjoyable!
When is the beta and will you poas? I'm going to try not to.
