Donor's E2 levelsJune 29 2011 at 9:50 AM

I'm a little concerned about the donor's E2 levels. After 4 days of stims, her E2 is only 110. It moved up from 30 on the morning before she started her stims. The RE says it's fine but it seems low to me considering some donors on this site have levels of 700 by now! Her follicles are still all under 10mm too. Does this seem like we might be heading into a possible future cancellation or do you think she's just getting a slow start compared to some donors? They just upped her meds too. Has anyone else had similar E2 levels after 4 days of stims?

They will check again in 4 days or so when you should see a big increase.

it's totally fine....happened with my donor. She may have lots of follicles just soaking up the e2 and prepaing to explode into a great cycle. I frankly did not believe my nurses and I thought they were lying to spare my feelings when my donor got a slow start. She did retrieve late (day 17) but produced 27 eggs, 25 mature, 23 fert. She made 15 great blasts and I have a baby.
hang in there.
**I mean, soaking up the FSH** (nm)
