I can give you is to not do anything you might blame yourself for if the cycle doesnt work.

Basically things to do: the same as you would have been doing cycling on your own; the daily vitamin, plus many also take extra folic acid and a b complex. Many women take fish oil daily. No advil, aleve or motrin (they can interfere with the lining) tylenol only. Cut down on caffeine, no smoking... I'm sure others will chime in with what worked for them.
Go ahead and get your flu shot now, if you get pg, you wont be able to get it later.

When does the no Advil, Aleve, etc. thing start? As soon as you begin Lupron or before or after that? I'm bummed. Tylenol does nothing for cramps and I have cramps from he!l due to the bcps screwing with my system. Oh boy.
I agree about getting the flu shot now, but why do you say she won't be able to get it later? The CDC recommends it for pregnant women during flu season, as long as they get the regular shot and not the nasal spray.http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/influenza/AN00651
My OB has a sign in her office saying that if you're pregnant, you need to have the shot.

From the start of estrogens through the first trimester. I quit all alcohol at the start of estrogens, too. Other than the Ibuprofen, those are the only things I really did. If you're a really avid exerciser, your RE probably asked you to tone it down during your cycle. Some people do pineapple core; I didn't. Take care, Maggie (in VA)
Take cycle meds as prescribed...
Take a prenatal vitamin
Take a baby aspirin
Take fish oil supplement OR eat wild Alaska salmon each day
Take vitamin D
Drink two to three 24 oz bottles of water each day
Make sure I get at least 5 servings of fresh fruit and veggies each day
Prayer (for me and my donor), deep breathing, visualization, destress each day
No more wine starting with estrogen patches (tonight)
Go from intense exercise to gentle exercise like walking, yogo, stretching
No more ibuprofen or aleve... only tylenol if I really, really need it...
No more Ambien
I've switched from caffeinated coffee to decaf coffer gradually over the past few weeks
Personally, I'm not going to take anything except my cycle meds and cycle supplements.... but I don't have bad allergies, either.... you have to do what is right for you and what the your RE recommends...
Don't go jogging or heavy exercising. And don't go to a sauna or a hot spa or have a hot bath.
Take it easy in the 2ww and esp after transfer.
