I don't post a lot I read and lurk often. This is our second donor we got 19 eggs. First cycle with implanting one embryo we achieved my ds 8/22/11. That was a fresh cycle, Since we have done 3 frozen first one chem second nothing third nothing.

We have always implanted one.

We already do interlipids and treat with BA (just this cycle)

I also had a polyp removed for this last cycle which dr thought was the reason for failures.

It was in my cervix

Suggestions and thoughts

we are lucky we have tons of frozen what could have changed since Pregnancy with son.

Have you considered having the embryos tested? Not every embryo that makes it to blast and "looks good" is viable. I'm on my 3rd attempt with the same batch of embryos, but have decided to test 7 out of 9 remaining. The good news is that you have a lot more embryos to work with. I hope you have success next time around!

I don't have answers but i know how hard it is when you get a BFN and you cant pin point anything that you didn't do right.
Hang on there am sure ladies here with experience they will help you out with some answers though this TTc thing is like gambling you can never tell when it your turn of the lucky card. but one time it will be you turn no matter how many failures.
Be strong.

some ideas

Sorry you did not succeed on this cycle.
I would defer from testing frozen embryos but I would find out the grading on the remainder. Hopefully, your clinic only freezes good looking embryos.
I would get tested for any infections you and DH may have..it could be as simple as that. Also, get tested for the acid level in your cervical fluid..you may need something as simple as a wash to neutralize a high acid level in your cervix during the transfer, which actually impacts on pregnancy rates.
I had three failures with great embryos before this was found for me.
good luck.
