Last weekend I got the opportunity to meet many of the fellows from Southern Ontario (Canada) at a Field Target shoot. It was a great time. Putting faces with names certainly helps to strengthen internet friendships.

There are photos posted here,,,,,,,,,,,

I was in very good company,,,,,,,,,,,

The new comers (myself included) were paired up with experienced FT shooters. I had hoped to get paired up with Len but the cards fell in another way. The fellow that I was paired up with (Lanny) was a friendly and conversational guy so we got on great.

I hope to get to another shoot this year if I can fit it in. It's a 12 hour drive so I am hoping that if they have a shoot in the fall my son will be able to go with me.

Lol - no wonder my ears were a burnin'......

Someone was discussing my misfortunes of last Saturday - lol.

I finally tore into the FWB to see what the problem was, and I was simply amazed at what I found. I'll be writing up a separate post to describe the symptoms and the cause - but it is something that I would have never believed if I hadn't experienced it myself. Extremely perplexing at the time, but it all makes sense now.

Stay tuned.

As an aside - the FWB 300S has been returned to FT competition readiness for the WFTC match.
