judder when pulling off from standstill

and it's not the clutch, I thought it was the paddle clutch on the old engine because it was more noticeable then but it's coming from further back, I thought at first it was similar ot when the bellhousing bolts had all come loose but it's not that and I have a new engine mount fitted becasue the old one had split, the box is bolted on securely so might be something further back? any ideas?
