Response to WAGB - Done!

I find it amazing that nothing was lost or damaged in transit. It is awesome to see it all together now.

Congratulations to everyone involved and also to all those who watched the build and contributed with his/her comments and support. I am extremely happy and feel honored to have been part of the effort.

Spencer, many thanks for your comments about the distribution of the models on the base. I had some idea as to how that should be done, but not that much really, so it is very nice of you to have taken the time to explain that.

And as I have been involved with the aircraft, all those who worked on it already know how much I appreciate and like your individual efforts.

I would then like to send a very big special Thank You to those involved in building the vehicles as they look just terrific and also to those who put their effort in the base. Seeing it all together and so well presented makes me feel extremely happy.

The whole thing looks truly great and I think everyone deserves this final words: GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!

Wish I could see it at Telford in person, but as that's not gonna happen, I second Massimo's request to all those that can be there commenting on people's reaction to the build and sharing with us the feeling it attracted.

And by the way, a public thank you to Massimo for noticing my name was incorrectly spelled and having it corrected for the base plaque. This was just an example of all of us helping each other for this project.

Thanks all for the fantastic experience.

Yours truly,

Jorge.

HyperScale's Group Build Guidelines

The objective of this Group Build is to encourage as many modellers as possible to build their kits and share their progress via words and photos on this Forum.

You are welcome to post general construction tips or relevant reference information and photos to this Forum too.

This Group Build will feature Airfix kits.

  1. Build as many kits as you like

  2. Conversions, aftermarket and scratchbuilding are all permitted.

  3. Any markings are acceptable.

  4. Document your progress and do a write-up on your build - where did you have trouble, what improvements did you make, what markings did you choose and why? It would be GREAT if everyone would do a writeup and submit it to HyperScale as a Feature Article.
