Hey everyone and here's the latest on this one.

Adding the spacer behind the engine intake really helped with locating that part better...this is it untrimmed..

And with the excess trimmed of. I added the sponsons too and some filling & sanding to go yet in a few places.

The gap in the nose is planned and will be filled in - it actually makes the canopy fit almost perfectly! The under nose part also got the "spacer" treatment and will need some work as the fit there is....testing.

She's a big girl too - here she is next to a Revell EC-135 I'm also building right now which will be finished in a UK Police Force scheme . I don't just build rotors by the way, it's just how the current builds are happening!

Until the next time Airfix-ers, thanks for reading and enjoy your modelling.

Best wishes,

Dermot

HyperScale's Group Build Guidelines

The objective of this Group Build is to encourage as many modellers as possible to build their kits and share their progress via words and photos on this Forum.

You are welcome to post general construction tips or relevant reference information and photos to this Forum too.

This Group Build will feature Airfix, Frog and Matchbox kits.

  1. Build as many kits as you like

  2. Conversions, aftermarket and scratchbuilding are all permitted.

  3. Any markings are acceptable.

  4. Document your progress and do a write-up on your build - where did you have trouble, what improvements did you make, what markings did you choose and why? It would be GREAT if everyone would do a writeup and submit it to HyperScale as a Feature Article.
