But why, the hue and cry goes out, why oh why not vote for a winner??? Contrary to popular new age belief, life itself simply is not just a football game/video game to be won or lost according to the prevailing popular thinking. The majority of the present population of America is the offspring of the '60s-era (and later), the hippies, the dopers, the gimmee generation, the me-too generation, etc. The products of the indoctrination system (called education), and the msm, Hollyweird, etc.They just do not possess understanding, and so it goes, on and on. So, I have quite a few choices not quite limited to the following: I can vote for the one I think is going to win. I can vote for the one I want to win. I can vote for the one I think is the lesser of evils. I can vote against the one I wish to lose. I can vote for the one, if any, I believe will enforce the Constitution of the U.S. I can refrain from voting--"none of the above"--as they are all unacceptable. etc. Look at it like this, folks--the Americans of pre--WW II, and the Korean War are now dinosaurs, most of them already gone on, and those who have come here after that know little, or nothing, of our American history and heritage, and don't care to learn if they could. Native-born freedom loving Americans are a thing of the past, with the exception of that tiny remnant born to truly old time, real American families. You get the picture. *****  | |
