O/T - Which recent sets are "most complete"?

Hi guys, sorry to be off-topic here, but I'm looking for recent football sets that I can collect each year that have more players from each team. For example, instead of just 5 or 6 players from each team, i'd like to get around 20-25 of each team, so that the OL and all defensive players are in the set. Do any companies put out 700+ card sets anymore?

Rob,

Only Topps Total comes to mind. I still buy the regular Topps set every year but other than that have very limited knowledge of current products.
