Auto'd Football Cards

We've done this on the main board a few times and it usually brings out some interesting items. I thought I would try it over here with some fb cards.

1967 Philadelphia Emblem Cards
GB Packers: Jim Taylor, Ray Nitschke, Bart Starr and Paul Hornung
Cleve Browns: Marion Motley, Leroy Kelly, Bill Willis, Otto Graham (Lavelli and Gatski on back)
Cowboys: Bob Lilly, Lee Roy Jordan, Mel Renfro and Tom Landry
Chi Bears: George Musso, George Connor, George McAfee, Mike Ditka, Stan Jones, Sid Luckman & Doug
Atkins
Lions: Hopalong Cassidy, Bill Dudley, Joe Schmidt and Yale Lary
Cardinals: Jackie Smith, Jim Hart and Roger Wherli

I mailed to each guy individually and believe it or not, I never had anyone keep the card or not sign it.

In King of the Hill, which I believe takes place in a Dallas suburb, two of Hank Hill's most mentioned heroes are Jesus and Tom Landry. When he sees people doing something unethical or immoral, Hank often laments what Tom Landry would think, and, during a troubling time, turns to his Tom Landry collector's plate for moral guidance.

Two Giants

I don't have a Landry card but in 1999 I sent him an old Giants program and he signed his picture as a coach:

And this is a favorite Giants HOF card:

I thought I would bump this one time to see if we could lure a few nice signed vintage fb cards out of the binders.
