When I came out to Oregon in the early spring of this year, I road a bus, The journey was over 2700 miles. When I finally arrived at the Kristich home, I was amazed to find a whole room filled with "evidence" and court filings. Amongst this mountain of papers were printouts of postings I made on several versions of a forum I had called Tribulation Chronicles. I created these forums as a means to mock James Lloyd and that strictly money-making organization known as Christian Media Network. I was stunned that a forum no one read but James Lloyd garnered so much attention. I was also amused with my writings as I read them again hearkening back to what prompted me to write them in the first place. James Lloyd is sleaze, pure and simple. Anyone that can not see that is blind or is like the ostrich with his head in the sand.
I came to Oregon to testify at a trial in a lawsuit that James Lloyd of the commercial enterprise Christian Media Network®: began. My testimony would be centered around the fact that I wrote The Tribulation Chronicles forum. Pretty simple.
Enter one Randy Maugans.
Randy Maugans is a forty-something radio host and sycophant and one of those monkey creatures on the Wizard of Oz of James Lloyd. My impression of Randy Maugans is that he worships James Lloyd. I ran into Randy Maugans at the Jackson County Court House in Jackson County, Oregon. I was called to stand in that trial and answered questions pertaining to the fact that I wrote the Tribulation Chronicles. It came to my attention when overhearing Mr. Portwood and Mrs. Kristich in their conversations about the day's experience in court that Randy was testifying, as an expert witness, of all things, that, according to Randy, ..... that I could not have possibly written the Tribulation Chronicles. It seems that Randy has appointed himself as an expert on me and Mr. Portwood as well as the workings of the internet. Randy so testified in court as I later listened to audios that verified all this.
Mr. Maugans, I wrote The Tribulation Chronicles, not Mr. Portwood. Matter of fact, I presently have another Tribulation Chronicles up. I am not telling you or Mr. Lloyd where it is is because I am tired of you whining and sniveling wimps complaining to Network54 and having it removed. If you are offended by what I write, then sue me. It will not help your cause by having the "evidence" removed.
Mr. Maugans, you told me in the hallway at the court house that you have only been associated with CMN for about two years and knew nothing about what happened preceding that time you have been with them.
I guess that would preclude you from knowing anything about what happened at Clifty Falls in 2002, Randy Maugans? I also would hazard a guess that it would preclude you from knowing what I wrote in a forum called Glory to the Lord on Network54 run by Karen Barnes, I believe that was what her name was. It would preclude you from knowing about an unsolicited phone call to me from Ralph Haaf before I got involved in all this, now wouldn't it Mr. Maugans.
Why do you not care to know about the facts, Randy Maugans? Are facts something Mr. Lloyd has taught you to ignore? It would seem so. Mr. Lloyd has a preface up on one of his sites where he mentions that when the facts change, so does his story. Have you read that, Mr. Randy Maugans, sycophant to James Lloyd?
Did you know I was posting in Karen Barnes forum under various pseudonyms, Randy Maugans? Did you know that, on Karen's site, I once urged Mrs. Kristich to sue James Lloyd for all the slandering he was doing on his radio "show" and in print, Mr. Maugans. Did you know I was hosting an internet chat with an internet screenname where I was repeatedly referring to James Lloyd as James Loyd® , Mr. Maugans? Did you know that Mr. Portwood participated in these chats and asked about how I created the ® symbol, Mr. Maugans? This was long before Mr. Portwood created the Beacon of Truth website
But you testified, under oath, did you not, Mr. Maugans, that Mr. Portwood had to be the creator of The Tribulation Chronicles, didn't you Mr. Maugans? My question to you Mr. Maugans is: What makes you such an expert? I will write more on this matter at a later time. In the meantime, Mr. Maugans®, this forum is open for you to respond. This forum is open, not closed like your little pissy forum group you call CMNFolks. What does the N stand for - Nazi? CMNaziFolks?
While you're at it, Mr. Maugans, use your internet expertise that you impressed the jurors with and view the source code for the background of this page. I guess that proves who wrote all this, doesn't it Mr. Magans? |
