The expert Randy Maugans can tell you all about this symbol. Maugans read 4 books, I presume, on the all the various html "stylings" of this symbol. You should hear his convoluted testimony in court about this symbol. I almost died laughing when I heard him relate to the jury in response to questions from the lawyers and Mr. Portwood concerning this symbol. He went on and on like an effeminate Professor Irwin Corey.
