I understand that you may be contemplating another frivolous lawsuit against me, most likely due to Mr. D- Wilson's relentless efforts to expose you as the lying, hypocrite he perceives you to be.
You are hereby notified that any such action against me for the actions of any individual other than myself will be not only defeated but will place you in the worst possible light before your public.
I now have many hours of court audio recordings, documents and statements under oath which will you not be able to exclude from evidence through any legal maneuvering.
I have learned a great deal since our last legal encounters and I am eager to use them.
Your best bet is to make peace and restitution. I know your paranoid mindset and I know how it will be perceived by the court. Most of all, I know how to write and present the legal briefs required to defeat you in court.
Hiring a "better", more expensive lawyer will not help you. A good lawyer
will tell you that your chances of prevailing are poor. A poor lawyer will make all the mistakes your previous lawyer did and I shall be lying in wait to capitalize upon them.
You want to try ORCP 47 E to stop my next Rule 47 B Motion? I know just how to address that. You shall pay my costs and I shall have legal help behind me if I get into a bind.
Maybe you want to try another conspiracy theory (tying Mr. Wilson to me)? You shall pay for it dearly.
I have my eyes open and I am already sharpening my legal sword. This will be much more expensive to you that the last and more costly in terms of public opinion.
You should swallow your pride and repent. Make restitution and be done with it. Maybe you can fight Mr. Wilson on a single front (although I believe he will crush you in any legal venue) but you cannot afford to do so as you are currently deployed.
Also, I should remind you that I enjoyed the depositions and the trial. It is clear that you did not.
