I know that James Lloyd sued (and lost) over the issue of his purported cocaine use and the publication of the parody of it. I have the documentation that he did talk about doing such. He himself has said many times on his radio show (the motion in limine, see motions in limine thread on this forum, also discusses his drug abuse) that he was involved with intake of the substance. That being said, can anyone make heads or tails to what the context of
