Concerning the comments made by James Lloyd in this article. I went to a trial in Jackson County this past April. This trial was a lawsuit brought on by James Lloyd the so-called self-proclaimed "prophet" of Jacksonville who was suing for slander. One of the issues in the trial concerned a truck in James Lloyd's possession. Especially noteworthy is that Lloyd had no title for the truck. It came to him virtually new. He claimed that the truck was left by a Kelly someone. He did not have his last name nor have any record of it so he claims. Yet he had the man's truck for many years. At the trial, Lloyd claimed the man disappeared and he never saw him again. Lloyd never even bothered to put in a missing person report on a man who worked at his "ministry". But he had no problem taking his property. What I am getting at here, maybe the police should also investigate the status of this Kelly someone that worked for Lloyd. What happened to him? Did he meet an end like Mr. Johansen? The account of this Kelly someone can be verified in the court records of Jackson County under Lloyd, Lenox v. Portwood, Kristich Case Number 04-2174-L4 and 05-0971-L7.
