My name is Craig Portwood and I can testify as to the character and malicious spirit of James Lloyd doing business as Christian Media Network.
After working for James Lloyd for about two years, I left the cult. A short time after leaving, I was falsely accused by Lloyd and his lieutenants, of the most vile acts. The vicious slanders and personal attacks were made upon me because I had left the cult and because he feared that I was going to compete with him by starting a "Christian network".
James Lloyd started a campaign to ruin my life. After months of taking this quietly, I responded by publishing an examination of his practices, doctrines and hypocrisy. Lloyd responded by filing a lawsuit in Jackson County Circuit Court. This from a man who has taught that the government is "The Beast" and that Christians should look to God for judgment and not the state.
James Lloyd tried to rape his live in lover (whom he now falsely refers to as his "wife") about the same time as he began to write his "foundational" book on "Bible prophecy". This from a man who falsely accused me of adultery! He filed a Motion in Limine before trial, to prevent me from mentioning anything about his "marital status" before the jury, as it could only prove that James Lloyd and Susan Lenox are "hypocrites".
While accusing me of "counterfeit spiritual output" (which is a meaningless phrase on it's face), he has made more false statements in the name of Christ than most people can count, all the while claiming to be a prophet of God.
After falsely accusing me of abusing drugs, he filed a Motion in Limine before trial, to prevent me from introducing
evidence of his own drug use before the jury. James Lloyd's regular association with drug addicts is now a matter of record.
You are invited to take note that although Lloyd promised to present evidence proving Lloyd's slander piece on me, when given the opportunity, Lloyd hid behind the statute of limitations, refusing to prove any of the allegations. It is also notable that Lloyd and Lenox filed a
motion with the court, preventing the use or mention of the Bible during the
trial, calling the Bible, "a Sham" and "Irrelevant".
James Lloyd has even said that he is equal to Jesus Christ.
If only 10% of these things were true of someone like Steve Quayle, David Lankford, or any of those whom Lloyd likes to call his "enemies", Lloyd would enjoy a field day of denunciation.
Of course, if on the other hand one could overlook these things in Lloyd and assign to Hell someone who might document such things as Lloyd has done, is there any better explanation than to assume that the defender of this wicked man is part of Lloyd's cult and indeed, a victim of mind control?
I am an eye witness and have documented these things. They stood Lloyd's court challenge and a Jury convicted Lloyd of lying about me and my co-defendant with "MALICE". Malice means with "evil intent".
Lloyd was judged to have done these things with evil intent by a jury which HE chose. Are they "CMN haters" too?
What makes these offenses even more egregious is the fact that Lloyd claims not only to be a "minister" (despite the lack of any credentials or education), but the fact that Lloyd claims to be a "Prophet of the Lord", while he slanders.
James Lloyd doing business as Christian Media Network,thinks nothing of ruining the reputations of innocent Christians for the sake of sales and a larger market share should make any serious Christian mark him and avoid him.
This documentation will follow him forever and you along with him, will suffer everlasting shame and contempt for your support of him.
