The next contest will be, The For the Record Forum 2009 "Where am I Buried"? Contest.

It's a good thing my name isn't "Waldo." I could get sued.

Brazenly Stupid?

An interesting development

If Lloyd tries to sue anybody relative to the questions raised
here, he risks not only another (more) severe thrashing in civil court, but will
have to explain the whereabouts of this "Kelly-man" to a jury. Is he openly
foolhardy?

Such a thing might even lead to law enforcement scrutiny at
the very least. If I were Lloyd, I would be VERY concerned as to the direction
this thing might take. Regardless of why Kelly died, a reasonable individual
(juror, law enforcement officer, Judge) would naturally wonder why this death
were not reported. This does not support any conclusion of death by natural
causes. It it brazen stupidity?

The fact that Lloyd and Lenox kept the vehicle (at least
thats what they said under oath) after Kellys disappearance, tends to have the
manifestation of an inculpatory. To think that a simple THREE WORD APOLOGY six
years ago, would have nipped all this in the bud! Is it wonton insipidity?

Am I the only one who wonders where this will end? Lloyd can
(and does) boast of many things. Being overburdened with gray matter is
certainly not among them. To think that he would rather hold to his folly than
recognize his untenable position is reminiscent of the stance of none other than
Satan.

The depth of his witlessness is incomprehensible.
