I just wanted to let people know that every body looked good today. There was a lot of PR's set today by everybody. I also would like to say great job to MD and James for qualifying for nationals. To Shay and Lance, I know both of you will qualify for nationals next year, don't let today's events get you down. Shay and Lance keep training hard and you will qualify for nationals. Both of you need to keep your heads up and think of the great gains you both made in such a short period of time.
