I am planning to have the Bench on the Bayou meet this year on August 15th, 2009 outside the student union by the swamp. I will need volunteers to help run this meet. Please let me know if you will be available. Also there will not be a sponsorship committee. Everyone will go out and get at least 1 sponsorship.
