No potese, because the bush justice dept didn't follow the law (big surprise there) Remember, if you can, brain dead old man, Stevens was convicted before the election.

So brain dead, you are telling me that Stevens is guilty because he was convicted in an unfair trial in which the prosocution denied evidebce to the Defense.

Ted is a Republican. The prosecution withheld evidence from his defense attorneys. They were corrupt.
So does it matte3r which party is in chargew`charge when the DoJ is corrupt? Time to think.

Now just who was in control of the Justice Dept at the time of the trial? The key word is "control." Potsy sure has difficulty keeping track of the players.
