Wrong, Simons record company is working on it and another offered her a deal.
Exclusive: Singing sensation Susan Boyle is offered US record deal as Simon Cowell predicts she'll have number one album

SHY superstar Susan Boyle has been installed as odds-on favourite to be crowned queen of Britains Got Talent.
But judge Simon Cowell warned the bookies: Its not quite the one-horse race youre going to think it is.
A new batch of wannabes will audition tonight but they face a daunting task of beating Scotlands amazing Susan, 47, whose fame has spread worldwide.
Yesterday, almost HALF A MILLION fans visited DailyRecord.co.uk after we posted our exclusive version of the new stars Cry Me A River her only previous known recording.
And it also emerged that US record label Menagerie Entertainment which is run by a Scot have offered the West Lothian star a deal.
Gerry Gallagher, CEO of the company, said: We have a series of original songs that have been written and after seeing Susan on a recent television show we thought that her voice was ideal for these new songs.
Gerrys partner is the legendary producer KC Porter, who has won five Grammys and worked with international stars like Chaka Khan, Janet Jackson and Bon Jovi.
Susan said: I got a really interesting letter this morning in the post an offer of a record deal in America.
But I cant do anything just now and I want to take baby steps. All the stuff about record deals and winning the show I dont want to talk about.
A massive 20 million viewed her TV debut on YouTube singing I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables.
And her army of celebrity fans has grown too with US chat show host Jay Leno dressing up like Susan and bursting into song on his prime time chat show. Ladbrokes have made her the 2/1 favourite.
Spokesman Nick Weinburg said Susan, of Blackburn, West Lothian, has attracted 95 per cent of all bets to date.
He added: Susan Boyle is a phenomenon. It looks like a one-horse race. If Elton John entered he would have his work cut out, if the last weeks anything to go by. At 1 / 2 on weve never offered a shorter price.
But Mr Nasty judge Simon Cowell says Susans fans should not assume she will win.
He said: I think weve got to treat it as it is which is a competition. I mean there are some other acts you havent seen yet. Its not quite the one horse race youre going to think it is.
Cowell predicted Susan will have a No. 1 in America but asked if he would sign her whether she wins or not he said: Its difficult to say at this stage.
Susans audition moved A-list stars such as Demi Moore to tears while Oprah Winfrey and Larry King both lined her up to star on their chat shows.
Cowell said If she went on Oprah I think theres every chance Susan Boyle will have the No. 1 album in America. I will predict that.
She looks set to rule the US after appearing on their main breakfast shows this week. Susan has already done an amazing 60 interviews around the world and her new-found fame has resulted in a PR company being appointed to cope with demand.
