Another j2 victory on the climate change front.

Now that my shoulder is back in its socket, I can tell you about the latest results of my humble efforts to beat back the ill effects of human triggered climate change by changing power generation mindsets.

As those of you who follow my postings know I attempted to get local and state politicians interested in a 50mw updraft/downdraft electric wind generating tower. I only succeeded in getting the wind resources up the northshore re-evaluated and the survey showed significant pockets of wind suitable for use. So a minor victory, but a victory.

And as you know I am building (slowly, I'm not handy) a frontyard micro wind vawt to power my yard lights. I have been sharing my research on micro wind and traditional wind generation with my co-workers. Well one of them lives in a newly discovered pocket of usable wind and with the incentives a system will only cost them $6,000. Once their system is up, I expect the windmills to sprout all over the lakeshore.

My talent is not on loan from God, its an out right gift.
