(CNSNews.com) -- The National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAA), a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), will pay $2.6 million in U.S. tax dollars to train Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly on the job.

The premise is that drunken whores spread more STDs than sober ones. Any problem with a prevention based approach to reducing the spread of AIDS and other nasty STDs. We are cleverly experimenting on the Chinese instead of American whores in case something goes wrong.
