Obama got a great education in the American education system that rewards brilliant but poor students with world class degrees. Please note that Obama never attended a public school in America. Please note that I contributed to his school!
GW Bush got a great education because his family is rich and supports education with outright grants and by onerous taxation.

GWBush would not qualify as a "real man" from where I come from. the phrase "Big Hat, No Cattle" comes to mind. He was a sophomoric cheerleader for cryin' out loud! That was his big accomplishment in life. He came up with clever locker room nicknames for people, and gave Angela Merkle a neck rub.

Nothing. I think they both communicate like adults. Admittedly, Obama is far more polished and glib.
But I don't see that as an advantage.
As far as I'm concernded, GW climbed down into that bloody pit with the 9/11 firefighters and cops, and ignited a national effort to defeat our enemies and keep our people safe.
It worked. His message was heard, millions of people were motivated, enlistment went up, and we have not been attacked since.
Sometime, instinct trounces intelligence.
