First of all, I have had some recent experience with End of Life Directives and Hospice. My mother passed away, due to Parkinsons related complications. She wanted to die in her own home and arranged for Home Hospice Care. The last time I called 9-1-1, was the last time; due to her anger at me. I didn't get it. She did not want Heroic Measures taken to extend her life. In her seventy-ninth year, she achieved her goal, with her immediate family and Hospice Nurse in attendance.
Secondly, an eleven year old asked if his father would receive preferrential treatment, than his grandfather, if both were diagnosed with Cancer? According to my observations of life and society. Yes, if left to Corporate America. No, if left to Government.
See if you can figure why I say this. There is an observable logic to my conclusion.
