JFK was one of the last of the Great fiscal conservative Democrats. Now his VP who took over when he was assasinated could be called the true socialist.
Yes, George Kennedy has been a very liberal Democrat and can be also called a Socialist, but at least you will not have him to kick around anymore.
They stood up for the people.....more than I can say for some who post here. Just think, the Kennedy's actually did something with their lives in efforts to improve the lives of Americans! Foreign thought to some I know....just consider the sources of discontent.
For God sake(my God not yours) one of them died today. Now I did say some disparaging things, because I am a libertarian some of the Kennedy's record on Congress has been for entitlement programs. But I was giving Ted Kennedy a complement of being a fiscal conservative Democrat. Just because I was giving him a compliment mean that I was worshipping him.
Granted I did not have good words for the one who just died. But others on this board have, so please do not interpret it as worship, just words of respect for the recently deceased.
Isn't it wonderful that we have free speech and in the process are able to evaluate the thought processes of bottom feeders like gillis. I have slugs in my garden leaving nasty slimy trails and I'm sure they are all relatives of his.
