Just wanted to share a little of the beauty I saw last week.
This is not a personal photo. We don't have them on the comp yet. It is a view of Zion National Park in Utah. It is truly near the top of my list of most spectacular sights I have ever seen.
If you ever get the chance it is a really easily accessible and great vacation spot.
Thank you Sandee. I've never been there but now I'm thinking I should go for a visit. Thanks Ron for the heads up on the slide show... I clicked onto the photo after I read that and WOW! What a show!
I didn't know you could see the whole slide show when I copied the pic. Glad you can see all the pictures. We did Zion and Bryce Canyon. I'll look for pics of that too, but Zion is by far more breathtaking. A lot of tours do Zion , Bryce and the Grand Canyon, but we did the GC years ago and didn't plan on it again. Fall is a beautiful time. In Bryce there were trees changing colors. The temps should be in the 80s this time of yr, but the day we got to Zion it hit 106. I wanted sunshine LOL .
If you ever are driving through western Kansas, I highly recommend you seek these out. They are worth the extra time you'll have to take and will definitely break up the monotony of the scenery .

Furthest I've ever been driving through from the east is Kansas City. I really did enjoy that land around town. I can remember driving and actually smelling bar b que from all the little restaurants. Good scenery and good food and nice people.
Absolutely magnificant Sandee. Thanks for sharing with us.
